With us, branding encompasses the strategic development of your brand identity – from positioning to visual appearance and tonality. Concrete results include a brand mission statement, a logo in various versions, a color and font world, as well as design guidelines. Not included are brand research or trademark registrations.
We jointly plan the campaign goals, define the target audience, and create a content plan. Implementation includes the creation of graphics, texts, and short videos. We place the ads through our management interface and optimize them during the runtime. Billing is based on the agreed service fee plus the actual advertising expenses.
For individual projects such as web design or a campaign, the agreed project duration applies. For ongoing support services (e.g., social media management), the minimum term is six months. After that, the contract can be terminated with a notice period of four weeks to the end of the month.
We work with defined feedback loops. After the first presentation, you have two revision rounds included. Each additional round is billed based on effort. This ensures that the result meets your expectations without the process becoming excessive.
Yes, for specialized services such as professional photography, illustrations, or programming, we work with trusted partners. These are transparently listed in the offer creation. Invoicing is always done through us; you have only one point of contact.
After full payment, you receive all usage rights to the created content (logos, texts, graphics) for the agreed purpose. Passing them on to third parties or using them beyond the agreed scope requires our separate consent. The rights to used fonts or stock photos are subject to the licenses of the respective providers.
